Raku firing workshop by Adil Ghani - 1 Day

Welcome to my 1 Day raku firing workshop. In this workshop you will learn the theory, technique and principles behind raku firing. You will be thought 3 different raku techniques :

• Copper Matte
• Obvara
• Smoked Raku

Workshop flow ( 8 hours time with 1 hour lunch break ) : 

• Introduction and Theory - 1 hour
• Firing - 2-3 firings for 6 hours
• Review, Appreciation and Summary - 1 hour

Requirement : 

For you to participate in this workshop, you must already have experience as a potter and understand the basics of bisque ware, glazing, firing and clay.
